Yes! We now make a Drag Race Transmission Setup for the BMW! This is a stock M54B30 with a Manual Valve body 6L45 transmission swapped in. Still stock open diff with 3.46 gears. 3800 rpm stall converter with lockup as well as a 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear transbrake is capable just like the larger 6L80/90 units we do. First shifts on the lift with exhaust still off was an exciting part of the journey :) Will get some WOT hits soon with the Dragy to show how it does. Then the 4.44 LSD goes in
In settings bottom right slow down playback speed to 0.25 and you can see I had to let out at 5k rpm before the 60ft so I didn't just drive off into the dirt. But 2.52 60ft is what this showed me. Did 2 more hits and held on little longer to see a 2.44 but 2500 rpm is all I can do without pushing throught the brakes and still has 3.46 open diff in the back. Transbrake and LSD 4.44 coming up next.

Time crunching turned into the test n tune for the Cadillac Attack event being the first track test for the GETAWAYCARZ 6L90 TCM controlled by the Holley Dominator ECM with its nice tune tables and charts that were designed for the 4L80e. This did not disappoint! Had some spin issues that caused an input shaft failure, new trans went in and then head gasket said not today. Got some good data and info for the trans set up and got this to hold nice shifts at only 230psi ! This is the new "GO TO" !
